北欧极光之城特罗姆瑟有啥好吃的？Emma&#39;&#39;s Drommekjokken很不错。餐厅就在特罗姆瑟旧城的市中心，很容易找到。虽然是中午12点多过来的，但是天已经开始黑了，餐厅里已经坐满人，苦心哀求服务员姐姐才求得一张人家预定的桌子，不过只能吃一小时就要走。翻开菜单和手机，大家都推荐挪威特色鲸鱼肉，因为挪威是为数不多有鲸鱼吃的国家。但是并不好吃，鱼肉本身又硬又柴鲜味欠奉，有小白鼠精神可试。我点了油封鸭腿，挪威奶油鱼汤，鳕鱼扒和三文鱼焗通心粉。油封鸭腿很好吃，虽然是法国而不是挪威菜，但是烤得很香，油都化出来了，外皮焦脆鸭肉滑嫩，太喜欢。挪威奶油鱼汤也不错，奶油够香浓不会腥，鱼肉海鲜配料都多。鳕鱼扒反正基本不会出错，鳕鱼肉本来就滑溜一丝丝的，最后的三文鱼焗通粉很有趣，放在心形碗里，奶油土豆泥通粉和鱼肉混和，上面再撒层面包糠去烤，外酥内嫩就这样。开始的时候由于我只有1小时吃饭，点了4款不同的餐服务员认为耗费厨师时间很不乐意，但是我坚持下还是下单，后来订桌子的客人来了，还好有其他桌的客人走所以也没有赶我们。所以想吃的话还是提前预约订位更好。
